In joint cooperation, Banglalink & Synesis IT started Healthlink-789, a Medical Call Centre, from the November of 2008. It started its journey with the mission of providing health care advices and services to the general people of Bangladesh, particularly to the rural masses of the country, who are deprived of quality medical facilities and suffer the most during emergencies.

Healthlink-789 is dedicated to providing "Live Medical Answering Services" for 24 hours. Medical calls are answered promptly and personally by a group of Medical Officers who exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor at all times and are specifically trained for managing different medical problems over long distances via telephone calls. Healthlink-789 provides services in the following areas:
